Order Processing
We ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, but high-demand periods may take 1-2 weeks or longer. Expedited orders are processed first.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Once a package is shipped, we cannot change the address or track it beyond the carrier’s updates. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages, but we may offer refunds or replacements at our discretion.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: typically arriving in 3 days to 2 weeks.
- Expedited Shipping: Ships via priority services, usually arriving in 1-3 days.
Lost Packages (Domestic)
Orders are considered lost if there is no tracking update for 1 month (or 2 months during holiday seasons). See our Refund Policy for lost or damaged shipments.
International Shipping
Shipping costs are based on cart value and destination. Rates do not include customs fees, taxes, or other charges. The recipient is responsible for these costs. Delivery times vary, Usually 3-4 weeks.
Lost Packages (International)
